This top-floor condo is the heart of Brentwood actually sold three times. The first time we put it on the market, it sold for over the asking price in multiple offers. The first buyer backed out due to cold feet, and the second buyer couldn’t get a loan on the property because the building is not FHA-approved. When we put it back on the market it sold a third time! The client who sold this is one of the few who truly understands real estate. When the market dictated that it was going to sell for less money the third time than the first two times, he was smart enough to understand it was the nature of the market to have a value shift, and sold for less money than we were offered the first two times.
