Great New Lease Open Sunday 1-4pm
I’m proud to announce my newest listing at 707 14th Street in Santa Monica.
The home has been causing my phone to lose its battery life by about noon each day it’s so popular, and will be held open from 1-4pm this weekend. I believe this is the first time I’ve ever held an open house for a lease, but given the activity it has received thus far, I felt it was necessary. Rarely is a home North-of-Montana available to rent at an affordable rate, so I can’t say I’m surprised. One of our leasing strategies was to price the home aggressively enough to garner the attention so my client could select the tenant of her choice from the multiple applicants we are sure to have. At $4,500 per month, we are right on the money with our pricing.

Wind, Wind, Blow Away
A word of warning to all you Southern California residents. There’s a big time windstorm moving in, a “once in a decade” type windstorm that could uproot trees and power line poles, overturn cars, and cause general mayhem.
